How To Show Someone You Love Them

Showing someone your love is a lot easier than it sounds and can be very inexpensive with just a little imagination. Whether it is a guy or a gal, all methods can be applied. In the end, people love being pampered or made to feel special and with thoughts that come from the heart.

Bake or Cook
The best way to your lover's heart is through their stomach. No saying could be more true. Whether it is a nice, romantic, homecooked meal with candlelight or a cute BBQ at a park nearby, food will really win the other person over. You can try a really nice and romantic dinner for two in your own home with special music and lighting. Another suggestion would be a bbq or picnic in the park, backyard or at the beach. If neither of those ideas appeal to you, you can make a couple of bagged lunches and meet your significant other for lunch during work. In the bagged lunch you can add a few special candy treats. If dinner is not your speciality, try a beautiful breakfast in bed. Most people loved to be pampered in the morning which makes this a perfect opportunity to combine breakfast in bed with a hot bath or shower.

Baking is also a great way to show you care. Who doesn't like brownies or cookies? Bake up a batch of cookies and wrap them in pretty cellophane tied with a special note or treat and watch your loved one melt. If you don't bake, you can buy the premade cookie/brownie dough at the grocery store and bake them that way. No one will ever know.

Special Notes or Coupons
If you have a computer and printer, you can easily print out coupons for your loved one. These coupons can be for anything that pleases him or her such as backrubs, steamy baths, or any other special pampering. Print them out in a handmade card with your photo on it that they can keep forever.

Photo Keepsakes
There is nothing more special to people than a small photo album filled with wonderful memories of your time together. This might take a little time to collect photos and other memorabilia of your happy times together but it is well worth the effort. If you want to go really far out, you can create a scrapbook for your loved one.

Get Creative
Take a look around and get to know your significant other's interests. If he or she owns a car, spend the day detailing it. If he or she owns a house, clean it or mow the grass. Do things that will save the person from having to do those chores and they will love it. Most people these days are very busy and will appreciate having extra time to themselves. Find a project that they have been putting off and do it for them. It might take a bit of creativity but if you look and listen to the person, they may give off certain clues that you can pick up on.
Doing things for others from the heart is really not difficult at all and does not always require spending money. It just takes a bit of creativity and listening to the person's interests to get an idea of what you can do to show your love.
